By accessing and using Revrise ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Revrise provides users with a platform to create a single, customizable landing page to aggregate multiple links (a "link-in-bio" profile). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, or hateful.

• Upload, post, or transmit any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.
• Upload, post, or transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," or "pyramid schemes."

We reserve the right to terminate accounts and remove profiles that violate these rules.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Some features of the Service are offered on a subscription basis. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revrise and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
